Train. Test. Be evaluated.

Speed Training Lab Italia is a soccer performance program for competitive athletes who want to train in a high-performance Italian environment and gain a clearer understanding of their individual game.

Testing shows what an athlete is physically capable of. Analysis in training and game situations shows how effectively those qualities are applied under pressure. Together, they provide a more complete picture of the athlete’s speed, fitness and performance.

The program combines soccer training with UEFA-certified coaches, high-performance assessment and individual evaluation. Athletes who demonstrate the required level may also be considered for trial opportunities.

The complete picture

Built around the individual athlete

Each athlete is considered as an individual—not simply as part of a team. Physical testing, technical training and performance in live soccer situations are viewed together to identify strengths, gaps and areas for continued development.
