Accompanying Persons

A maximum of four people may accompany the athlete: up to two adults and two minors. If one or more minors are accompanying the athlete, at least one registered adult must be responsible for supervising the athlete and the accompanying minor or minors. If the athlete will travel without their parent or legal guardian, a parent or legal guardian must complete a travel consent form—even if another adult will accompany the athlete.
