Our membership programs are backed by years of sports science research & testing. Our programs are designed to improve your fitness and performance.

Our 3 month memberships¹ consist of 10, 20 or UNLIMITED session package options. Our dedicated athletes commit to weekly small group training with our focused team of Speed Training coaches, using our Science Based Training protocol. All initial packages include 2 assessments, and ongoing renewals include a new assessment every 3 months.
