Package Extension Policy

Overview
Speed Training Lab + High Performance Centre® (“we”, “us”, “our”) offers members the option to extend an expired package for a limited time after its expiry date, rather than forfeiting unused credits immediately. This policy should be read alongside our Membership Terms and Conditions & Refund Policy, which governs expiry dates and expired packages generally.
1. Eligibility
This policy applies to all packaged memberships — any credit- or session-based package purchased at Speed Training Lab, including Personal Training, Small Group Training, and Longevity Training — as defined in Section 4 (Expiry Dates) of our Membership Terms and Conditions & Refund Policy.
It does not apply to ongoing, recurring subscription memberships (e.g., monthly unlimited memberships), which are governed by the separate renewal and cancellation terms in that policy.
To be eligible, a member must request the extension within two (2) months of the package’s original expiry date.
2. Extension Fee
Eligible members may reactivate an expired package for a one-time, non-refundable fee of $50 CAD, plus applicable sales tax, per package.
Paying the extension fee gives the member eight (8) weeks from the date the extension is processed to use any remaining, unused credits on the package. The extension fee does not add new credits — it only restores access to what was already remaining.
To qualify for this 8-week extension, the request and payment must be made within two (2) months of the package’s original expiry date. Requests made after that two-month window has closed are not eligible, regardless of how many credits remain.
3. How to Request an Extension
To extend an expired package, contact our team at info@speedtraining.ca or (905) 850-1121, or speak with our front desk, within two (2) months of your package’s expiry date. Once eligibility is confirmed, the extension fee can be processed in person or online.
Extensions are limited to one (1) per package.
4. After the Extension Window Closes
Once two (2) months have passed from a package’s original expiry date, the extension fee described in this policy is no longer available, and any remaining credits cannot be reinstated on their own.
As set out in the “Expired Packages” section of our Membership Terms and Conditions & Refund Policy, if a member purchases a new membership or package, management may, at its discretion, reinstate unused expired credits and extend their expiry date as a courtesy. This remains discretionary and is not guaranteed.
5. Modification of Terms
Speed Training Lab + High Performance Centre® reserves the right to update this policy for legal or operational reasons. Members will be notified of any material changes in a timely manner.
