1-on-1 On Field Training

30 minute 1-on-1 on field training  • Special $60 per Session / $300 for 5 Sessions

Personal Training for any athlete. You will work 1-on-1 with our university educated coaches, trained in sports-specific science, who will help you maximize your training and monitor your results.

Sessions will be focused on building an athletes’ fitness level back up to where it needs to be once team training starts up again.  

Sessions will be customized specifically to each individual athlete. We will work with your strengths and help you grow stronger in areas needing improvement. 

BALL USE IS NOT PERMITTED due to social distancing regulations. 


You will train with either Coach Richard or Coach RV. There will be one concurrent 1-on-1 training on the other half of the field.  


1-on-1 field training will be administered at Vaughan Sportsplex 2The sessions are all 30 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT).  


These programs can be purchased and scheduled through your account – 

Have credits you want to use? You can convert existing account credits over to 1-on-1 sessions, 2 training credits = One 30 min 1-on-1 field session. Call or email if you would like to convert your existing session credits into field session credits. 

Note: Assessment credits cannot be converted.

Prior to coming to the field, athletes or their parents will need fill out the Vaughan Sportsplex COVID Declaration, allowing them to manage those that enter the facility, and also our own On-Boarding Form (we will send you a link) so that we can be notified if there have been any updates on health or physical injuries during the time away from training with us.

ONLINE 1-on-1 Training and Consultations will be conducted via ZOOM meetings  

Training Sessions are 30 minutes. Consultation Sessions are 60 minutes. These will be specific to each member, building on their needs.

Costs of the sessions are $30 or $75, depending on the service. They can be booked and paid for through your account, or you can request to convert your existing session credits.
