Age of Peak Height Velocity Calculator

Peak Height Velocity (PHV) is the period during which a young athlete experiences their fastest rate of growth.

Knowing where an athlete sits in their growth cycle helps coaches and practitioners tailor training appropriately—improving performance, reducing injury risk, and ensuring long-term development.
