Lab Test

Our Standard Lab Test includes tests of movement capacity – speed, power, endurance, strength, and more – and movement quality – how well coordinated you are, and how efficiently you move. We also determine your developmental age, which allows for more equitable comparisons of fitness between you and your peers.

Field Test

Our Exclusive Field Test includes sport-specific measures of acceleration, running speed, endurance, and recovery.  We put you in your element – on the turf field here at Sportsplex IIor at your team’s own practice field – and measure everything electronically to maximize accuracy, precision, and reliability. 

Running Gait Analysis

Assessing and correcting the way athletes run is one of our specialties at Speed Training!  We use the latest Kinovea biomechanical software to help you pinpoint what’s going wrong with your running stride, and tell you exactly what you need to do to fix it. 

Vo2 Max Test

The Gold Standard measurement of fitness in athletes, Vo2 Max testing determines how efficient your body is at using oxygen to create energy.  With our state-of-the-art PNOE cardiometabolic testing system, we provide the most accurate, precise, and reliable measurement of your endurance, and then we use this measurement to customize your endurance exercise prescription for optimal results.
