At Speed Training we focus on training the fundamental movement patterns of all athletes. The purpose is to maintain continuous athletic development as the athlete progresses in their sports. This will help prevent injury in the long run.
Our training is also a great way for athletes to help build their fundamental movements up again after coming back from an injury. We are able to help athletes return to their original fitness level and also prevent further injury in the long run.
