Membership Overview at Move Better Physiotherapy + Rehabilitation Centre™

Entering the Agreement Welcome to our Massage Membership Plans. By signing up, you’re committing to a path of athletic excellence with Soccer Fitness Inc., the entity behind Move Better Physiotherapy + Rehabilitation Centre™ and Speed Training Lab + High Performance Centre®.

Types of Membership

Annual Membership: Automatically renews each year. After the first year, you can cancel anytime without a incurring any cancellation fees.
6-Month Membership: Ends after six months and won’t renew by itself.

Financial Commitment

Members pay a nominal monthly fee, depending on their agreement at the time of registering. This grants you a discount on massage services, which is determined by your membership plan and agreement. You must book a massage each month, for the length of your agreement, to enjoy these rates.

Active Membership Requirement

Missing a monthly massage leads to a charge at your discounted rate for a 60-minute session, credited to your account for future use. Remember, these credits are not refundable, redeemable for cash or eligible for insurance claims. Also, your membership will cancel if you skip three consecutive months, but any credits you’ve earned will stay in your account for other Centre services or products.

Family Inclusion

Your membership discounts can extend to your close family if they live with you. Just remember, their massages don’t count towards your monthly requirement.

Cancellation Terms

If you cancel before your membership term is up, there are fees:

For Annual Members: The lesser of $30 per massage enjoyed or $50 for each month left on your agreement.
For 6-Month Members: The lesser of $20 per massage enjoyed or $60 for each month left.

But we’re flexible for serious life events—accidents, certain health conditions, or pregnancy—where you can’t continue. Just provide a doctor’s note, and we’ll waive the usual fees.

Membership Details

Payments: You need to have a credit card on file for your monthly dues.
Non-Transferable: Only you can use your membership, but your family can get your discount on massages.
Cancellations and Fees: We’ve detailed how cancellations work and what fees might apply.

Conduct and Liability

We expect all members to act respectfully within the Centre, and while we take care in providing a safe environment, we’re not responsible for any injuries unless it’s something we directly caused through serious neglect or deliberate actions.

Acceptance of Terms

Signing up for a membership—online or in person—means you accept these terms. You will be provided with a detailed document outlining these terms at the time of registration. If there’s anything you need to ask or clarify, our team is here to help.
