Dear Soccer Fitness,
Thank you for all you have done for me. Over the 10 week period of training here, me and my coaches have noticed major improvements in my endurance, speed and core. I am now able to do multiple programs in a short amount of time without getting tired. Meanwhile a few months ago I could only dream of finishing one program without being out of breath.
I also did one of my highest tests and because of the huge improvement of my speed I was able to pass the test and now I only have one more before I can compete at a National level!
Overall I’d like to thank all the coaches (especially Coach Richard), who made all this possible. I definitely will be coming back to train again soon!
